Chip has moved up through the ranks from carpenter to project manager. The broad knowledge he has acquired has proved to be invaluable. By drawing from his early field experience as a carpenter, he has been a more effective construction manager, able to better conceptualize the project at hand, troubleshoot issues before they become difficult to manage, and more effectively work with owners, architects, and subcontractors. He thrives in a team environment and enjoys the challenge of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
